Studio Lodge - Cincinnati - Springdale

I can't say we liked anything. Your website did not match everything. When we walked in the building says, you can check-in till after 6. But you walk in, oh, you can check. In at 3. It says it's pet friendly and you get there. Oh, they don't take cats and cause we had a cat. We couldn't reserve the room then. The girl says, well you go on booking. dot com, and they will return your money that aint the point. Don't see your pet friendly if you can't take pets and don't give false hours.

Not a place I’d ever recommend. Luckily they double booked our room and we had to leave.

Vicious dogs that employee had to run to laundry room for safety. People have already been bitten. Complained to motel manager one day. Next day I was told I had to get out. Never mind I had been there since July 13, 2025. Said had to go or they would call police to set out belongings. If you're already there, BEWARE, they will retaliate. Now I'm homeless.
