"Business Trip"

I was in town for a company meeting. I was supposed to stay in Blue Ash but this location was closer. My room was simple but comfortable. The breakfast was OK. The staff was nice and helped me find a place to eat. I had to stay some extra days and had no problem extending my reservation

"Exceptional"

The staff was really great. They didnt have any regular rooms left that are dog friendly, so the owner gave me a free upgrade. The room was very clean, super quiet, and overall just a great experience. I highly recommend staying there

If I could give this place a zero I would. When I say this place was a let down, I REALLY mean it was a let down. It smelled horrible, was dirty, and I saw bugs in the rooms. When I brought up this concern, and told them I'd be going to another hotel, I was told they wouldn't refund any of my money. I prepaid and had booked two rooms for 8 nights. They didn't even want to hear my concerns. My shoes stuck to the stairs in the hallway they were so gross. Then as soon as we walked into the first room the smell was so bad we were unable to step foot into the room. The second room didn't smell as bad, but we did see bugs. I got out of there as fast as I could.

I was here for a job interview. I am moving from Montana and needed a place to stay for a week. I searched on line and found this place . i have never heard of Extended Stay but thought I would give it a try. I was very surprised with the value i got. The staff was very accommodating.

"Fairfield"

We were in town the weekend for a sporting event in Hamilton. The room was big enough for our family of four. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was OK. We were that far from the place they had the event at so it was very convenient. We were around a few restaurants.

I won’t blame the staff. They were as helpful as they could be. There are no carts to help with bringing in luggage. Although this stay should accommodate your own cooking, there was no coffee pot, kitchen utensils, tools, plates, etc. Bathroom floor was dirty, and the hotel smells like tobacco. This is NOT wear I want to stray following a really long travel day.

"Passable"

The rooms smelled like cats and cigarettes. The fan in the bathroom did not work and the tv had no volume.
