"Super basic accommodations with few amenities."

Location is great! Close to food and shopping but off the main road. Didn’t find any bugs in the room. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Hand soap provided, which is something I haven’t gotten at some other extended stays.

Didn’t realize there were no elevators until the last minute. Super outdated and worn decor and appliances. Have to ask the front desk for a coffee maker, which is standard in most hotel rooms; must ask for most anything “extra.” Requested plates, cups, and silverware—some of it was dirty upon receipt. Packets of dishwashing liquid were so small—maybe a couple of drops to wash dishes. No conditioner or shower gel, which I prefer over bar soap. Toilet seat was loose. Pull out couch mattress was dirty when pulled out and quite thin.

"Quiet, comfortable, and clean place to stay."

I am a "frequent flyer" at this location. It is a clean and quiet place to stay. Many working folks stay here so the building stays pretty quiet which I appreciate. The staff is pretty constant without high turnover so they are good at what they do and they know the building and details. This is my home away from home.

Sometimes there are cleaning details that get missed.

"Training Trip"

We were her to train for a new job . We had several rooms and everyone had pretty good stay. Our rooms were nice and big and they had a breakfast in the morning.

"Fun Weekend"

I like to start out by saying the staff at this hotel are excellent. They were very informative about the area, We were here to visit Kings Island for the weekend. They suggested great places to eat breakfast.

"Good Price"

The room was very comfortable. They had a limited choice of tv channels. The kitchen was very useful and they supplied the dishes. I was here on business and was only in the room at night but it was quiet. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

"Kids had fun"

We were there for a family outing and with our two children The breakfast t was good for the kids and the room was big enough for our family. The girl at the front.desm was very nice and the manager was so helpful with our room.We had a wonderful stay
