I believe the property was not what was advertised. It was tiny, I was there for an hour and the air conditioning did not get cold. The property was so small that I felt I would be claustrophobic staying there. I am trying to find a way to contact Booking.com to see how I could get a refund due to misinformation leading advertising of the property. On a better note, the young staff there were amazing and very helpful, even though I was moving out.

First of all online what I selected didn’t gave me the same accommodation and to get little bit better I had to pay $250/- extra on the spot. Pool was not clean, mosquitoes in the villa, no treated water supply in the washroom for brushing even.. you can’t taste that water for brush so used bottled water.. there was pipe leaking in the washbasin under area and bursted got my shaving stuff wet and shoes socks etc.. there was water leaking from the concealed light in washroom.. despite requests didn’t looked for two days.. before checking out two nights before they changed me from villa no.2 to villa no. 6. That was the villa I paid for and booked earlier. Unfortunately there was a problem of water blockage in the only available bath tub.. no supply for even toilet paper rolls was there.. moreover it’s roof started leaking and water was dripping on the RHS half of the bed.. so my friend slept downstairs on sofa.. car parking facility there is also poor. You ask them for the fresh photos of the villa no. 2 and 6 you will see the reality. They ruined my vocation.. microwave was full rusty on the side .. bottle opener no body would like to touch even full rusty in first villa they offered me.. so Advice to you mate pls make sure from your clients that they should deliver what they show in photos.. otherwise you’ll loose business mate. The private pool.

1. Pictures are not reality - the villas are very run down and definitely need a massive update. The Villa also has a weird, lingering smell. 2. Pillows were very lumpy and the pillow cases were no longer white. Same with the towels - old & definitely no longer white. 3. We visited Bali during rainy season and whenever it rained, the rain water was dripping at one side of the villa where the tv was.. which was a huge hazard so we never turned on the tv. 4. They often forget to top up toilet paper.. we’ve had to go to reception and ask multiple times. They ‘clean’ the villa everyday but tend to always forget to top up the toilet paper? 5. To top all that off - my partner organised a birthday cake for me which didn’t fit in our mini fridge therefore he asked the villa reception to store it in their fridge. Only to find out the next day when we asked for the cake - that the fridge ‘broke’ and they had to throw it away. WTF? They couldn’t tell us this so we can make alternative arrangements for the cake? They ended up giving us 50% of the cake’s purchase price which was a massive cop out considering they’ve taken something sentimental & special away and plus we definitely did not consume anywhere near 50% of the cake. Please avoid this villa at all cost if you want to make sure your holiday is enjoyable.

Great for couple

The staff were really helpful & super nice! Always smiling 😊 super close to the night life as well & close to lots of places.

Just couldn't feel the aircon that much because it was in an awkward position.

We liked the location of the property close to restaurant and very central. The staff were fantastic, service was fast, staff always polite and happy to help with any questions we had.

Low water pressure, running out of hot water, only given 1 towel each and that is to use for the shower as well as towel for the pool. It was be nice to have an extra towel, no hand towels or extra toilet paper. When ordering breakfast I was given completely raw chicken on my sandwich, did give it back to the worker and explained but nothing else was done. This property is expensive for what you actually get, we wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.
