The staff was so kind , location was good

The size of the room to small and the pool didn't have a heater

The room is nice.

What I didn’t like is that I already talked about them before I booked through chat. If three people can stay, even though we just booked one room, they said yes. After that, when it comes to the actual date, they are asking for an additional 100,000 IDR for another person. I already showed them the screenshot of the message regarding the situation for what I've asked. They are denying it. Lol. I don’t care about 100,000 IDR. I just want them to be fair. Anyway, I will never come back to this villa.

Ready access , close to city..

Pillow cases had blood on them , Sherry's had blood and stains , noisy ( workers in motel banging doors while cleaning other rooms )

Breakfast was very ordinary

Not enough towels, no hand towels, no spare toilet paper

It's cosy and nice. Comfortable to stay for 2 nights. People are friendly and helpful. Pool water is good.

The tiles in the swimming pool wall! God knows who designed to put wood in the pool wall.. it's torn with fungus and actually looks dirty. I gave the feedback to hotel staff as well. Also there was this weird smell in the toilet. It wasn't nice. May be it's from pest control chemical that they put everyday in evening

Air-conditioner is not working well and bathroom sink water is not draining.
