I did not get placed in the room I paid for. I was charged for a deluxe queen suite & I was put in a standard queen room that was not vacuumed, the bed is hard as a rock, we are getting ate up with flea bites (no joke! There is so many fleas in our room that we could see them crawling on the blanket... we even ran our hand vac over a small 1ft part of the carpet and had sucked up 5+ fleas... that's a lot and not good!). We should not be getting bitten by fleas!!!! Also, the room smells like animal pee, the hallway smells like dog pee, and so does the stairwells.

It was back behind a car lot and it was hard to find but we made it

The location of the property was good. The customer service was all right. The bathroom was the only thing nice in the room.

I didn't like the facility as a whole the place smelled the hallway, smell dogs barking smell like wet dog. The room smelled had stains. Look like blood stains on the carpet flying bugs around the room. The beds were hard. There was no hangers in the closet and the TV was too far away from the beds.

When I arrived at 7 pm with a confirmed reservation, I was informed that they could not provide me -- or anyone else -- with a room. Because no employees had shown up for work -- so no rooms were cleaned, no one could check in, no rooms could be provided. Fortunately, two GMs from other locations had just arrived, and they were able to book me a room at another location.

All the employees are very nice and very helpful
