Lack of lighting in parking lot.

It was close to the wedding we attended.

We get in to our original room and I immediately see the vinyl on the kitchen sink cabinet had been peeled off. But, I brush it off. We leave for the wedding and return to our room after. My 43lb daughter SITS on the bed and base at the foot of the bed folds under and falls. I got a staff member to come up and check out bed and asked for a new room. We go to our new room and it was TERRIBLE! There were stains on the boxsprings. The top row drawer fronts on the dresser were broken completely off. The TV base was broken. There were cigarette burns stains on the bathroom sink. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. And there was mold growing in the bathtub from the tub faucet dripping. My daughter’s white socks were black on the bottoms from the dirty floors. This hotel was disgusting. It was too late to try to find a different hotel. Our children were exhausted after a long night. We had to sleep above the covers due to the fact I was worried what was under the bedding.

I didn’t even stay in my room because I seen roaches as soon as I walked threw the door. i have a video an I tried to reach out to someone for a full refund.

Our room was good. Cosmetics could have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The first impression of this establishment made us question our booking here. There is no elevator, we were on the 3rd floor. The entrance and the "lobby" area needed vacuuming, but was never done in the 4 days we were there. The stairs also need sweeping. Also for a non-smoking hotel there was always the smell of cannabis throughout the place. Overall a good experience, but y'all could really put some more attention to detail.
