Extended Stay America Suites - Dayton - South

Booking.com said free breakfast but it was a grab & Go. I think the distinction should have being stated. If it was we would have stayed somewhere else. A muffins or granola bar is not breakfast at least to me.

Staff was very nice but rooms have seen better days, stains on carpet, worn flooring in kitchen sheets on bed were clean though.

I loved it wish I can stay longer

Clean and very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom towels were big and nice. No elevator, but not an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. The AC wasn't loud. And the price was very reasonable. Good neighborhood with lots of local shops nearby.

Only small things that weren't important- no cell reception in that area for me, but the free wifi worked fine. Parking lot was small, but adequate. The breakfast was simply granola bars and coffee -very basic. For some reason the hot water didn't work in the bathroom sink, but the shower was very excellent. TV had no channel directory card. The refrigerator ran constantly (but "white noise" is better than total silence IMO).

Everything it was perfect just how I like it and I will come here again.

I can't really say anything bad about it because it was perfect.

Check-in was great. My room was more than I was expecting! Queen bed, and 2 sofas...

After check-in, there was NEVER anyone at the front desk, nor did anyone answer the phone. Several times I waited along with other guests and just gave up. I was unable to get a receipt at check out. No ice machine.
