Everything I didn’t like the people I didn’t like the staff. I didn’t like the fact that we had to clean up our own messes take out our garbage and do everything ourselves and we’re paying for it. It’s a lot of crap.

While checking into my room, I opened the bathroom door and water from the ceiling fell all over me. I requested a refund, but the clerk told me he couldn’t, due to the fact that I booked my room through a third party. The front desk clerk was polite and moved me to another room.

Confusing listing that was misleading. Pictures made the location loom better than it actually was. The lack of accessibility was listed but not clearly stated. Thdre was confusion on booking the actual room. I booked for two beds and got two rooms with a total of 4 beds instead.

No breakfast nothing was good. Ripoff. Loud banging all night

Everything. It was a total waste of money. Paid $20 extra to get in my.room a hour early.
