There’s a full kitchen, and it’s very clean and comfortable

There’s an older gentleman that works there n he doesn’t have any customer service skills n is rude af. The morning I brought my dirty towels n they said to come back later cuz they were in the dryer, so of course the nice guy that said to come back was done for the day n the rude old man was there n was like “well I need the dirty towels “, n im like i already brought them to the guy that was here earlier” n he’s like what guy?” N I said “ I don’t know his name but the guy that was here before you” n he’s like “the dark guy” n im like “yeah obviously it was him cuz he was the only guy here before u, right?” N as he’s finally handing me the towels he’s like “next time have him write a note” smh I should’ve said “No you tell him that”. He was actin like I was from off the street askin for towels, n wouldn’t bring them back, but I was stayin there, n all the towels would still be in the hotel wether i brought the dirty ones up or didn’t. Some people have no common sense, n just like to be difficult instead of being kind to their customers. They shouldn’t work in the hospitality service if they don’t like people… The rest of the staff were totally great tho!! . The older guy needs to take the stick out of his butt lol

Website said the reception is open 24 hours but they worked 7-11 pm, the coffee maker always was empty or cold and old coffee, i couldn’t see any one in reception to ask the question, no one was there.

On the good side: This place is cheap and convenient. They have a low pet fee and no size restrictions, and they have good space for letting your dog exercise on a long lead. The room was large, and I love having a full kitchen. On the bad side: the bathroom sink actually pulled off the wall (!!!), I couldn't figure out how to make the shower work, and the locks for the external doors never wanted to accept my key cards. Oh, and I actually got propositioned in the hallway! So don't expect 5-star accommodations. Know what you're looking for!

Pleasant

TV did not work.

I was grateful for the kitchen set-up. I needed to bake a few things during my travels and having a stove and oven in the room was GRAND. The linens were clean and neatly dresses on the bed. There was a good amount of lighting as well as a window that I could open for fresh air. Nice space, for the cost!

Convenient

Rooms needed work. Had to ask for help with TV. Shower didn’t work

WiFi was almost completely unusable, would work for like 5 minutes then completely stop. Made staying at a place to be able to work at on the road pointless.

Good
