The staff there are great and made sure to be as accommodating as possible.

We had our 2 dogs, and it was a nice place to stay with them, have a pool for our son, and walk to Cracker Barrel for food :)

Reception was very friendly and the stay was just as I imagined. No hassle!

Breakfast the first day was not staffed. The Manager was doing the best she could, but she couldn't be two places at once. The second day the breakfast area was a mess. Food on the ground, tables dirty, and the area by the waffle maker was a disaster. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day. I checked at the front desk to make sure it was on the schedule and was told it was. The room was never cleaned.

Older building…. Carpeting on floor in rooms feels gross compared to newer hotels with clean uncarpeted floors…. Thin walls and noisy people…. Could hear kids in pool and I was in second floor, people above me at 1 am noisy … but very nice staff

The front was very accommodating for booking a second day although the hotel was fully booked. Hat off to Amy!

Upon entering our room, it had a musty smell. It was tolerable, but then we discovered numerous disappointments: the bed was not made and the bedding was left on a chair for us to make it ourselves (??), several items from visitors before were left on the floor (make up sponge, nose ring, and more), the exhaust fan in the bathroom leaked into the toilet, and when I reported the issue, no apology was made or discount provided (there is also mold beginning to grow behind the area). Several times I called the front desk without an answer, and the hotel pool was not heated and we were lied to about the issue. It was "fine" to stay at for the short length we were there, but I will never return again and would not recommend to anyone.
