The pool was closed and this was the only reason why I choose to stay. I ended up leaving around 10pm and going home because of my disappointment. My son stayed in the other room. I called your company to see about canceling and trying to book a room at another hotel with a pool and was told someone would get back to me in a hour but didn’t, after checking with the hotel. I hadn’t checked in at that time but no one called back or left a message or email.

Tylicia Meadows 1/5 3 days ago on Google They put me and my brother out after we paid for a weekend stay the black young guy was very rude he didnt even look at the confirmation info nor wanted to listen he called the police on us, Ruined my son birthday party at slick city and only reason I choose them because it’s an autism center up the street that services my 5yr old twin boys who suffer from autism yeah he but them out too in the cold. If I could I’d give them a O star, I want a full refund I bet he felt stupid came Sunday and our rooms should up on the checkout list.
