Oh my GOD I was just treated so horrible at this location by some person who would not tell me who they was or what his name or position was, no name tag or nothing. So I will try my best to make this short. I have reservations for 3 rooms for 2 nights and somehow all of it ended up with different confirmations so at check in I informed them that all of my reservations was for 2 nights not all separated. The person working name Patrick(great help) listens and understood my concerns and said he would handle it and update everything to reflect that. So today I wake up to a call from this unk person who stated that I was over my stay and that I needed to either extend my stay or get out! I tried to explain that I am not extending because I have already been charged and have reservations for 2 nights, he cut me off and said I'm telling you your options at this point! So I said I'm coming down, and when I got down stairs I again stated ok just so we clear I went through this yesterday with Patrick , and the unk male black stated I don't care or have to listen to this, Patrick answers to me! I said I have to explain the situation because if I don't we will have another issue with the reservation I already purchased and he again cut me off and said let me tell you this so the we are clear all of your reservations are canceled!!! I said for what and he said because I can cancel anybody for anything whenever I want! I stated you can't just cancel me for no reason, and I said OK fine we will leave give me your name and I would like a full refund and to speak to whoever is in charge of this place and he stated that he was in charge and that he will not be giving me a refund! I ask for his name and title again and this when he called the police and said I was trespassing and refusing to leave!(I never refused to leave) the police then come and escorted my and my family off the property! All I wanted to do was explain that I already have reservations and that turned into being kicked out of a hotel by a very very nasty person!

Well kept property VERY close to the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater where we had our concert! It made the whole experience a breeze! There was also breakfast in the morning that was good :)

The staff was welcoming and friendly with the exception of the young girl who worked in the breakfast area, never returned a hello or good morning and would not crack a smile if her life depended on it.

It was pricey for being antiquated, the carpeting lifts when you get off the elevator the 4th floor and is pretty old and worn. The room was dusty specifically the TV stand and the bottom of the bathroom sink area, visibly dusty even the tissue holder was dusty. The sleep sofa sinks in when you sit and there was no extra pillow in the bag that had linen for it. It also was worn on the arm rest and tearing. The room had an odd smell and gave me allergies my whole stay. They should have rooms that animals are not allowed in for people who have allergies or terminal clean the rooms well when animals have stayed. The water was warm but never got really hot.

Breakfast was good. It was really close to our concert venue which was really nice. Staff was very pleasant.

We arrived at check-in time and our room was not ready yet we were told it would only be like twenty minutes and asked if we wanted to wait there. We opted to wait in the dining room and watch the football game expecting a rather short wait. However we waited for almost an hour and a half impacting our time to get ready for our concert and unable to enter our room at all

Smelly rooms, dirty carpet, carpets need to be replaced. I booked 2 rooms. One of my rooms doesn’t have a microwave. I only get hot water in my bathroom sink/ when i wanted cold water. The water doesn’t run.Seems like the hotels staff didn’t inspected the room before guests arrived. Needs a lot of improvement for the hotel. Me and my families can’t enjoy ours stays.
