Cozumel Palace-All Inclusive

Food was good, staff was nice, room was large and clean.

Property is relatively small, there is only one pool that is tiered, and the pool is small. All the restaurants have to be booked for dinner through an app and often are fully booked out if you don’t book 2 days in advance.

As a VIP member, Cozumel is one of my favorite resorts in the Palace chain. Small, quaint, newly renovated & very easy access if you can get a flight directly to the island. Big shoutout to two people. Gabriel does a great job with the waiter service team at the buffets. Everyone is so helpful & knows me by name after the first day. AND the food is great! Second, if you go to the spa, Marie gave me the best masssge of my life. Great classy place. It’s not cheap, but great experiences rarely are.

Oswaldo did a great job with our romantic dinner for two. Filet and lobster was amazing. They had a violinist that played love songs the whole dinner. Definitely recommend.

Everything was fantastic from Maria at breakfast to Martha and Silvia at the restaurants. They give the best hugs. Heri at breakfast is very attentive to everyone. Elizabeth was our pool waitress and in the lounge in the evening. She was always there with whatever you needed. Juan and Raul and Reyes at the bar will fix you up if you don’t know what you want. We would also like to say thanks to the spa staff. Janet,Lourdes,Mine,Luze,Jara and Juanita. Very relaxing. Last we would like to say thanks to Susana our housekeeper. Great job! In closing we would be remiss if I didn’t give a shout to Emanuel the diamond concierge. He is always on the move but also has a moment to chat with you or answer any questions. The staff is definitely what makes it memorable

We felt welcomed by the staff as soon as we exited our airport shuttle. The pool was relaxing an fun in the afternoon. We enjoyed every meal, at all of the restaurants. The drinks tasted great. And, the hotel staff was amazing!

We had dinner in the Momo Asian restaurant tonight in Cozumel Palace. Our head waiter, Gabriel Chan and our waiter, Russiel were attentive and very pleasant. All the food, from appetizers to dessert were delicious. We ate every morsel.

Second night dining at Bugambilias. Absolutely phenomenal! Service, food, ambiance was 10 out of 10. Our server William made our experience that much better as he helped us with food choices, explained how certain food dishes were from different regions in Mexico and how they are prepared. He shared lots of great information about the culture. And shared some of his personal recipes to take home with. While I am writing this review my wife is actually making us another reservation at Bugambilias for tomorrow night! Thanks again for a great reminder how service should be! William is a awesome human!
