Cozumel Palace-All Inclusive

We had a lovely time. The service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like we were the most important guests they were attending to each and every day. A special shoutout to Jose in guest services, he made special arrangements for my brother’s engagement proposal that made his special day all the more memorable.

Love this boutique hotel! It’s intimate with the best staff ever! The food is outstanding and they go above and beyond for their guests. Gabriel, Silvia, Hexi, Fili, Hiram and Jennifer (the breakfast staff) made me feel very special on my birthday today! I LOVE MEXICO!!!

Great resort. Everyone and I mean everyone is friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Food is very good. Resort is very clean and well maintained. The reason for only four stars is the chair situation. If you’re a Palace Diamond member, this won’t be a problem for you. If you’re not….please look at the photos I’ve posted with this review. If you have more than two in your group, good luck finding chairs in the front rows facing the ocean or pool. They are all reserved for Diamond members and it’s particularly irritating when the members don’t even show up. At 11 AM the concierge removes the towels from the members reserved chairs and then they are open to everyone. If you’re not a member you are not supposed to reserve chairs and I absolutely agree with that. It just a little frustrating to drop over ten grand on a vacation and feel like a second class citizen.

We love Cozumel Palace! This is our second trip to this resort. We have been to quite a few of the other Palace resorts, and somehow this one is a bit more magical. With it being a smaller resort you usually encounter the same staff day after day-the staff learns what you like and always greets you with a smile.

The whole staff was friendly, helpful, and willing help the customer! It was great to see some of the staff from 4 years ago! Our waiter on the first breakfast morning after 4 years remembered my husband drank for breakfast and lunch! Martha was so helpful in scheduling our dinner reservations. It was great to see her after 4 years away caring for family.

This place was amazing in every way. The food was delicious, and the staff were the nicest and most helpful people too! Everyone always greeted us and had a kind smile. Jesus and his team in the buffet were always so kind and made conversation while doing an amazing job. This goes for all of the team members here. I would love to come back one day and recommend it 100 percent to anyone else!

What a great experience we had. The Cozumel Palace was breathtaking and the staff was top notch.

The last time we stayed at Cozumel Palace was in 2013 and 2014 when my husband completed his first two Ironman competitions. At that time, we were impressed with the superb service with so many efficient, friendly, professional, and wonderful people that made our stays truly enjoyable. When we visited for Spring Break this year, we were delighted to note that the excellent service that Cozumel Palace is known for still exists. From the time we checked in with complimentary flowers and drinks, Jailene at the front desk was welcoming and set the tone for the rest of the trip. I can talk about the good food, great location, fantastic fitness center, but what stands out are the many fantastic people who made are stay memorable in the best of ways. First, a big shout-out to Carmita, whose warmth, humor, and great heart made our interactions with her simply joyful. Our breakfasts every day were excellent -- the food was delicious (you have to try the scrambled eggs -- the best I have ever had) and Silvia and Heri elevated the meals to another terrific level with their smiles and seamless hospitality. Also, a big thank you to Marta -- an infectious smile and energy that were lovely. Thank you, Enrique -- whenever I asked for a drink at the pool bar, your warm smile and fun energy were appreciated. And when our flight was unexpectedly delayed overnight, Marcos single-handedly made sure we had transportation to the airport the next morning even when the department had closed for the evening. And, finally, a huge thank you to all the staff members who we didn't get to know but who worked tirelessly to make sure that the hotel property was immaculate. If you are seeking superb service, which is indeed a rare thing these days, the only choice in Cozumel is Cozumel Palace.
