We had a great time at Cozumel Palace. The sunsets are magnificent. The entertainment staff did a great job of providing entertainment at night and poolside. The staff took great care of us, keeping our room clean, serving us in the restaurants, and poolside. Everyone was so friendly and always served us graciously and with a smile. Shout outs to Charlie the entertainment director, Gabriel the morning restaurant manager, Fili and Naomi who served us breakfast every morning and always remembered our preferences, and Martha the nightly hostess whose smile is so bright and gives us big hugs. Reyes and Jairo took great care of us at the lobby bar. Omar, Alan, and Elizabeth took great care of us poolside and at the Flamingo Restaurant at lunch time and Eduardo at night time. Angel served us coffee and sweets at the sweet shop. Lourdes was a wonderful server for us at the Gondola restaurant. Amy was the housekeeper that did a great job cleaning our room daily. Joel was everywhere, always with a big smile on his face, making sure the restaurants ran smoothly.

Scuba diving here is the best.

When you walk into the resort, you are greeted by the bellmen (not sure if right term) and they were amazing. They said, welcome to your second home, we have missed you. The people at this resort are the biggest asset of the resort. We love coming here because they all make you feel so welcome. The food was all great, the drinks just fine and our room was perfect.

We always have such a fun and amazing time! So much thanks to the EXCELLENT above and beyond service of Efrain, Jesus, Darwin, and Rosiel in Momo! The food and service are amazing. You MUST order the hiramatsu - it’s so yummy. And the chocolate lava cake. They helped celebrate my birthday with a firecracker candle. I felt loved. 🥰

We spent a glorious week at Cozumel Palace and the staff could not have treated us any better. Naomi took excellent care of us at every breakfast, Amelia from the store was so helpful and knowledgeable, and Jailene at the front desk was amazing and helpful. We were celebrating a birthday and Dora in Public Relations pulled out all the stops to decorate with balloons, streamers and birthday cupcake treats and I was incredible. We spent every day in the pool and Alan made sure our drinks never ran dry; he was the best!

Our experience was top shelf. Our was prestige and refreshed daily. Our activities were awesome and very informative. The romantic dinner was accompanied by a violinist. Made the dinner even more special. Mine, in the spa, gave a me a relaxing facial and massage The dining room manager, Gabriel and Jennifer one of the wait-staff were so attentive. Thank you we will be back again!

I’ve been to the Cozumel Palace for many years. Their upgrades to the resort make it even nicer. No matter where on the resort we went we were always greeted with our name and the phrase “it was a pleasure “ making us feel comfortable and welcome staff was always cleaning and making sure the resort sparkled.
