Cozumel Palace-All Inclusive

Cozumel Palace was the best all-inclusive resort we have ever stayed at. The food was beyond excellent with flavors bursting on your taste buds. The rooms and resort were extremely clean, and they paid attention to detail. During the day at the pool, there were constant activities, but volleyball was our favorite. Whether you played or were a spectator, everyone was rooting for a team. Nighttime entertainment was fun and a delight. The magician had me going, as I had a front-row seat. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful at the resort. Did I fail to mention swimming/training with the dolphins and the chocolate tour, where we made our own chocolate? We tasted 8 different chocolates and paired them with wine. They had plenty of activities to participate in. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Awesome place! Top notch all the way- every person on staff we encountered at the palace was friendly professional and well just amazing!

Ambience is lovely, staff really friendly. Excellent service. Clean environment. It is definitely value for money, quiet and relaxing, with scheduled entertainment of the mariachi band at lunch and the beautiful serenade of the skilled guitarist at the Flammingo restaurant at dinner. Cozumel Palace is an easy walk into town and close to the pier. Room exceptionally clean and spacious. Food especially at MOMO restaurant is superb. The Lava cake is sumptuous a definite choice as dessert. Hats off to the waiters Efrain and Jesus. It was certainly a pleasant evening with them. We will definitely be back.

Cozumel palace is amazing! They have the best staff I’ve ever experienced, from Charlie, Fernando, Osi and all of the entertainment staff. Perla at the pool, Paul in the lobby bar, and Mayra at the coffee bar made the morning so special with the best cappuccino! Martha give the best hugs. We will definitely be returning

This place is unbelievably amazing especially service all over the resort!!!! Everyone is friendly and attentive, polite and helpful ... everyone!!! The restaurants have the best staff on the planet...see Jennifer, Jesus, Sylvia, Bryan, Antonio !

This place is magical, the staff makes this place very special. All rooms have a great view, food is amazing. Some of the people who make it special are Darwin (vacation planner) Reyes and Enrique (bar tenders), sexy Charlie Jackson, Carlos Santana, David, Fernando, Roger, Ozzy, Moises (pool entertainment), Martha is absolutely amazing, her hugs will make every day better. Charlie Jackson (Carlos) brings so much excitement and entertainment to the pool area and the shows. Highly recommend this hotel. We came for 2 weeks at a time! Scuba diving is amazing but boats are kinda slow (the only draw back)

MOMO restaurant is aweaome. The staff, Bryan, Antonio, Efran,Jesus and all the others are all superb. The food is great. That is not to be negative about the other restaurants, they are great as well. I am just partial to the asian cuisine when we visit the Palace. You want go wrong with the food and the experience.

Everything was absolutely beautiful! The location was beautiful, the weather was amazing, thy staff was super friendly and very accommodating! They were helpful and very easy to work with. Check-in and check-out was simple and quick. We were greeted every day by every staff member we met. The room was comfortable and the amenities were top-level. Room service was excellent at every level food, turn-down service, cleanliness, and availability. The entertainment was great and the restaurant staff took particular care of us. We lacked for nothing and will always remember how we were treated at the Palace Cozumel. This was an experience that will be the standard by which we grade every other destination.
