Cozumel Palace-All Inclusive

My husband and I decided to stay for 6 weeks. So candidly, if anything went amiss, we would have seen it. We basically lived here and saw the inner workings of Cozumel Palace. What we have found is an incredibly professional group of people who are passionate to deliver the best possible experience to all that stay here. There are so many people that make this operation sing and its going to be rough to thank them all, but here goes: We dive with Aqua Safari daily and have the good luck to dive with two of the most knowledgable people in the area: Mariano Mex Puc and Walter Gaspar Catzin Magaña - From knowing the sea life, to the best places to dive, they are second to none. When you come back to the boat, you are greeted by Joseph Martinez who goes out of his way to get you situated...Just an incredible hand and our captain Nemesio Castillo, who seems to spot us no matter how far we've strayed! When we returned from diving every day we would be greeted by Emmanuel who had prepared our chais lounges by the pool with a view of the ocean. Complete with ice bucket and beverages, we were in heaven! Off to the spa and two attendants who I come back to see every time I get, Marie for a deep tissue massage (OMG incredible) and Juanita for my 3-D facial and manicures...both ladies are so wonderful. Off to the restaurants - there are 4 to choose from on property: Asian, Italian, Mexican and a contemporary American. There are so many fabulous servers: Before we go diving we go to Gondola (or the buffet) in the morning and are greeted by Fili, Heri, and Jennifer. These servers go above and beyond the call of duty. They all know we love Asian Pears for our lunch and they deliver 2 to our table every morning without being asked. Of course we would remiss if we didn't mention Maranhi, William and Miguel! They always greet us with true enthusiasm and legitimate warmth. You just feel good being welcomed by everyone! Walking back through the lobby, we see Izamar who always has a friendly welcoming face and Jose in PR and of course Vicente Tec. We always love seeing these folks. There are two standouts for us: The wine sommeliers are amazing. We just love the wine tasting evenings where we learn about the many selections of wine as well as getting to know people that are staying at the hotel as well. Eddy leads several tastings as does Joel who is bar none, one of the finest people at CP. We made fast friends with them both and both are really one of the many reasons why we keep anxiously returning to this same property. We are diamond members and their concierge team is so welcoming and makes sure that every detail is perfect. Many thanks to David and his team. The sunsets are amazing. The treats are delicious. The bartenders are always friendly and welcoming. You can't go wrong staying at this delightful property! We love Cozumel Palace so much we are scheduled to go back this October! Thanks to everyone!

Miguel and Heri are excellent wait staff - attended to our every need and made our meals better with their service! Very friendly and helped guide us on some things to do while in Cozumel. We appreciate them.

we were totally pampered for our entire stay. Dining choices were great. We did a lot of scuba diving while there - the team at AquaSafari were friendly, professional, and very experienced. The diveshop was onsite, and had all the equipment that we required.

We have been members with Palace Resorts for a few years now and we really do love it. So far we have been exclusively to Mexico (Beach Palace, Playacar Palace, and our go-to Cozumel Palace). The resorts are nice and seem to be getring better; however the staff that remembers your name, the smiles and holas of the awesome folks makes the money we have spent worth it. The staff really does go out of their way to make sure you are happy, no matter the color if your membership bracelet. Bryan and Jonathan at the Cozumel Palace made my 49th birthday dinner more special than it already was going to be. I am looking firward to next trip and the next time to be around the coolest people on earth.

We’re on another girls trip…16 years coming here and we love the staff! Gabriel, head waiter, always takes special care of us! As well as the bartenders and waiters…Raul, Alejandro, Javier,Enrique, Juan, Gabriel, Perla… the restaurant staff Martha, Sylvia, Jennifer, Heri, Fiji….and Abi the wonderful activities director and her sidekick David…we love them all!!

This was our 3rd time to Cozumel Palace but it was the first time we brought our kids and grandbaby. It was wonderful as usual! Everyone here treats you like family. We had the best two weeks! Some of the employees that stood out to us…. Entertainment - Oswaldo, Fernando, David, Charlie and we do not know the girls name, but they do an amazing job! Kids activities - Leslie and Maria were fabulous! Hostesses- Martha and Sylvia always went out of their way for us Breakfast/Lunch - Jennifer, Fili, Herma were very attentive and friendly. They were a great start to each day! Dinners - Bryan, Chef Homa, Ivan, Eric, Victoria….outstanding service Poolside/Flamingos - Gabriel (blue glasses) and Paul took great care of us! Cleaning - Carmen did a great job preparing our room! I know we are missing some other outstanding employees as there are so many! Cozumel Palace is a hidden gem! We always look forward to going, making new friends from all over the world and reconnecting with these servant hearted employees of the resort. Thank you for always helping us make great memories! We absolutely love this place.. year after year! The same people are here to great us like family. Gabriel the head waiter at breakfast is my favorite person ❤️ & with Heri, Fili they all make our stay amazing.

Efrain was a pure joy to have serve us at Momo this evening. Our son was very excited to try many options, the tempura sushi was one of his favorite, momotan roll. Ended with some amazing assorted mochi, belly happy! Got to see an adorable birthday celebration as well ... very special.

We were a group of 10 and had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious. The entertainment staff, Charlie, Roger, David, Ozzie, Fernando and Moises always making things happen at the pool throughout the day. A big thank you to Ivan and Carmalita for the best Mexican food and service. Always a pleasure to see Martha, Gabriel, Fili and Heri for breakfast and lunch. Dinner was delicious at the the Italian restaurant and all the staff was excellent. Flamingos for dinner with Victoria and staff for all the grill favorites. Momo was excellent and the staff as well. Angel and the other staff at the coffee bar for delicious sweets and coffees. Can’t wait to come back, always the best time at our favorite resort.

The Palace has been upgraded and is now incredible. The rooms and balconies are ocean view. The upgrades outside restaurant, Flamingos, is fabulous. Scuba diving facility is onsite making it super easy to wake up, have an awesome breakfast and the. Walk to the pier and hop in the boat. Service is where the palace excels. Everything from the restaurants, bars to setting up excursions are managed by an incredible staff that have been at this resort for years. The entertainment staff is top notch with pool volleyball everyday along with many other activities. There are bands and shows everyday so the fun never ends at this all inclusive resort. Snorkeling is available right off the pier with the resort sitting on a small reef. Highly recommend this resort whether or not you are a diver. If you are looking for a beach, this is not the place since there is no beach at this resort. There is also no sargassum so even though you do not have a beach the water is always clear.
