I love staying here! This time I was in a room on 4th floor, and it smelled very musty, and the pillows were so soft they were uncomfortable. However, the team is outstanding and work so hard!!

I was in town for a family wedding in town and during my stay, I have encountered amazing customer service from everyone from front desk to bar to housekeeping. The young ladies, Kristel and Keiry have been nothing but attentive and I trully appreciate their service. Trully recommend this hotel for an overnight stay or a quick get away. Thank you ladies!

""What a dump""

The Sheraton IAH can only be described using Bette Davis' iconic quote, "What a dump", from the 1949 flop Beyond The Forest and the more exaggerated reading of that line from Elizabeth Taylor in the 1966 classic Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf. This property is filthy: black mold & hair in the shower, marred wall coverings, dented askew lampshades, rumpled draperies, filthy windows, chipped mismatched lobby furniture. Marriott should be embarrassed to have this property in its roster. Shameful!

"I had a really nice stay here."

Staff were great! I was due to flight out early on Air Canada and at 4:30 am after checking out I see my flight is cancelled with no follow up from the airline. I explained to the ladies at the desk and then were nice enough to let me go back to the room again. Slept a bit more and then found I had a flight going around three in the afternoon. Overall a very nice experience here but the area is not very walkable. Not much of the city is.
