I liked everything, especially the in hotel restaurant. It was great

Our room had no microwave. I think with the current rates, it should be a microwave in the rooms. We never seen the continental breakfast on Clublevel

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel. I am a Titanium Bonvoy member and have experienced many hotels! This hotel hands down has the worst staff. The hotel facility is dated, dirty carpet, horribly Club Lounge. My room had no bath towels. I called twice 30 minutes apart and they were never delivered! I had been traveling for over a day and was exhausted. After an hour I tried to call the front desk to informed them forget the towels I am going to sleep but then no answer! I called twice!!! I then thought I’d call on my cell phone and the call was answered instantly. I think they were not answering my call from the hotel phone . I was pleasant never upset with the staff even though I could have been frustrated but I was to exhausted! Not sure why my call was not taken from the hotel phone. I also had arranged for a 3:30AM wake up call which NEVER happened!! I always set my phone as a back-up which was necessary at this hotel!! I asked the clerk when I checked out if I was set up for the wake up call and was told,”I set up all the wake up calls! I asked if she had one for my room and was never given an answer other than I don’t know”. Lucky for me my phone woke me up, I got to the airport and will NEVER return! Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY!!!

This is an old hotel and it shows. Sure it’s convenient and there are a number of fast food places a walkable distance, but don’t expect anything better than average at best. Rooms are tired, aircon effective but noisy. The Sheraton lounge is basic - not high quality food-drink offering and I had to sign in which is unusual. Hallways were dirty and the check in was a bit of a joke it was so bad. Used by a lot of airline staff as well - just not the good airlines :-)

No microwave in room, fridge barely work, pull out fridge smelled like pee and wallpaper was peeling. They also didn’t miss a chance to loudly remind me that I booked through a third party when asking for assistance

Staff, dirty rooms, and old carpets and nasty, restaurant unprofessional staff, i found ants on my blanket.
