Room, beach, pool, location, staff was incredibly friendly. Mark did an excellent job of welcoming my family and myself. The customer service was exceptional. We loved our stay here!

Nothing. This was a wonderful experience and we will be coming back! This is going to be a regular travel spot for us.

La tranquilidad, el personal, y el gimnasio

Desde adentro de la habitacion se escucha la bulla del pasillo, el televisor no tiene el servicio para las aplicaciones de streaming, las sombrillas de playa habia q pagarlas, y los precios de las comidas excesivo.

I am very disappointed with the valet service experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a worker who was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. We felt completely ignored, and when concerns were brought up, there was no apology or attempt to address the situation professionally. Customer service should make guests feel welcomed and respected, but this experience was the opposite. The valet/employee’s attitude and lack of accountability left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this matter seriously and works on improving the professionalism and courtesy of the valet staff.

the SHOWER water was very hot which I love, loved

Great staff. All good-natured and helpful. I love the morning buffet! John in the restaurant always has just the right way of doing things. His experience shows. And Troy is always accommodating and patient with any confusion I have with check-in. Nicholas at the beach was really attentive, too! And a shout out to the bartender at the beach bar, also! Nice to engage with! I can't remember her name, unfortunately. And one more thing. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the valet staff. They keep it running smoothly in trying circumstances. Very friendly, too! I will be back.

Just little things like a light bulb out or something that I could have easily had fixed, but didn't bother with. But the cleaning staff is thorough and the towels are great! Just wish I could rent a bathrobe and slippers, though.
