I want to recognize the one aspect that truly stood out positively: the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the employees who assisted us were genuinely friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They handled interactions with courtesy and empathy, and they deserve recognition for that. Unfortunately, beyond the staff’s attitude, the overall experience was extremely poor and far below what was represented when booking the property.

We booked and fully paid for a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 older children/teenagers), but the two beds were extremely small and completely inadequate for a family of four. Sleeping was very uncomfortable and the night became almost impossible to rest properly. The experience was so bad that we decided to leave after the first night and move to another hotel, despite already having paid for the full stay. What is even more concerning is that during checkout, the employee acknowledged that management is aware of the issue with the beds and mentioned they are “planning a renovation.” If the hotel already knows this is a problem, continuing to market these rooms as suitable for 4 guests feels very misleading. The pool areas were also chaotic and severely overcrowded. The hotel clearly has too many guests for the size of its facilities. There were not enough lounge chairs, so many people were sitting or lying on towels on the ground. Guests were drinking alcohol inside the pool and playing loud music on personal speakers, while staff appeared to do little to enforce rules or maintain a relaxing environment. To make things worse, one of the pools closes early for the hotel’s mermaid show/bar activities, leaving only one small pool for a huge number of guests. The gym was also extremely small, overcrowded, and had equipment that did not function properly. Overall, this property did not match the expectations created by its marketing, pricing, or room descriptions.

Location to beach and conference bus were great. Seemingly the perfect beach property.

Old property not yet renovated. Needs clean up. Both elevator doors opened unexpectedly, and grandpa had a hard fall. A sad moment in a good trip. Not expecting sub par accommodations.

Long walk to get to the pool which was green and to the beach…room bathroom was not clean found woman sanitary stuff, not cleaned up until we showed the cleaning lady where it was so that she can clean it up …showered leak out through the bathroom every time had to put a towel inside the edge to tried to keep the water from coming out of the shower

The room was clean. Hotel is right on the beach, which is very convenient. Hotel employees are very helpful. Front desk agent Brian was very nice.
