Location was good Pool and private beach very good A couple of the main reception people were excellent especially Charlie

Room was dated and shabby Not overly friendly staff Argument over the resort fee and room tax which is in the Booking.com price,had to get the fees taken off my bill manually. Large holding fee which is not on the Booking.com website but had to pay or they would not check me in !!!

Stay was not friendly except for the manger whom wound up helping us on our 2nd day.. if you are going to close parts of the hotel for private events than get should be compensated.. it was very inconvenient. We have a handicap chills and expecting us to walk around on the beach was ridiculous

See above not a happy experience.. spent many vacations there when it was the Yankees clipper so I did love the nostalgia of the mermaid bar but that was it
