"Staying at this hotel is a hit-or-miss this time was a complete miss"

Our room wasn't ready till after 5 even though we checked in at 2 o'clock And we're told our room would be ready within 30 minutes at the time that we checked in. We were told we were going to be accommodated for the exact room we requested But we weren't so when they gave us a different room the TV didn't work and we had to wait an hour for maintenance to fix it. A lot of the games in the arcade didn't work but deducted our credits off our card.
