The staff. At the reception during the day , they are charming smiling and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the temples during the day, to go for sunrise and sunset and to go to Siem Reap centre, Pub Street in the evening. The breakfast is not a buffet but you can order what you want on the menu.

Very comfortable hotel, we were upgraded to a family suite with a huge amount of space and 2 bathrooms! Lots of facilities and little touches like robes and a coffee pod machine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money, quiet location but easy to get to restaurants etc. There is a little convenience shop and pharmacy right next to the hotel

The staff were exceedingly friendly even when they couldn't help.

Very attentive staff. Had the family apartment which was nice and spacious. Pool area was nice.

I feel a 5* rating is a little ambitious. It would be more comfortable as a good 4. However the pricing we got was more in that league anyway.

Location was decent, breakfast was okay, but the best part was how friendly the staff was.

The staff was very helpful and super sweet. They was always there to help you out if you had any questions. It was a bit away from the city, but I found that quite nice as it was a bit more quiet. Also 7eleven is just next door which is awesome.

The management needs to pay a bit more attention to details as something are quite worn down.

Beautiful property with amazing furnishings and well maintained facilities. Rooms are generously sized and well equipped. AC’s in both bedrooms and living room. Food menu was comprehensive and everything we tried was delicious. Staff were exceptional in every way. Location is excellent

Honestly nothing.

The rooms were great. We got a complimentary upgrade to a two-room suite. The staff, particularly Meas, helped plan our activities and arranged for transport at competitive prices.

Our rooms were on the top floor with no elevators, so it was pretty hard to climb up especially at the end of the day. Also, we had to remind the staff to clean our rooms.

Very helpful staff and great location. The staff helped us book a tour to Angkor Wat that was really amazing. The pool is nice. They also give you a 30 minutes complementary massage. Breakfast was great.

Nice rooms, great staff, good food

No lifts, I was traveling with my aged parents and we got room on 3rd floor Very noisy neighbourhood, roosters making noise all the time.
