Super friendly and helpful staff

Excellent clean family room with great seating area.

Restaurant and pool area not the best at this hotel - pool area chairs are old and worn out and we found the combined restaurant and pool area a little odd - tables were often dirty, which was surprising as the hotel was quiet when we stayed.

Location is lovely and a very personal feel.

The hotel were very supportive. We blew in and out in a whirlwind of luggage and challenges, to which the hotel rose beautifully. Very grateful to the staff here and hope to return with fewer pressing difficulties one day soon 🙏🏻

Balconies are street facing, though the street was quiet enough.

The staff were unbelievable especially Meas. From before our arrivals, he texted and arranged an airport pick up, where the very knowledgable driver told what to do and when to do it as well as fill us in on the history of Cambodia. We were upgraded on arrival and no request was too much trouble, The hotel is very old worldy and not like the huge modern chains now found in Siem Reap which means it has a more personal feel to it and you are made feel more like old friends than guests.

The location, the breakfast, the lovely pool, Mr Tiger- the tuk tuk driver who brought us everywhere! The staff. The rooms.

Wow what a great hosting! Were there for our anniversary and birthday. They made a mind blowing setup to our room and upgraded us! I love it. Thank you :) comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Big swimming pool.

Great staff who were very friendly and helpful. They really made our stay special. Kids loved the fresh fruit every day. Great breakfast service included. The pool was clean and very refreshing. Easy tuk tuk service by hotel drivers.

Thought we booked a 4 bedroom unit so the family could be all together but was two 2 bedroom units across the hall from each other.

Hotel was lovely and staff were really helpful! Beautiful room and everyone working there were very polite and offered assistance whenever we needed. Yen was particularly helpful and was very communicative! She frequently WhatsApped to assist us and was very accommodating with early check in and check outs etc! Would highly recommend the hotel and would come back if I was to visit Siem Reap again!

The atmosphere was very nice such as I was in castle. Restaurant also provides many kinds of foods and tasty foods. Staffs were so friendly and helped much. I ate mushroom soup it was very good taste. For breakfast, we can chose many delicious foods. They helped not only tourist’s satisfaction but also my business travelers.
