Residence Inn By Marriott Mobile

We came here evacuated from Hurricane Laura, and the staff was very friendly and so helpful. They was ready to help with anything we needed. We appreciate all the kindness in this very difficult time.

I enjoyed our stay everything was great.

Love the look of rooms

We stayed in a suite which was above what we expected for the price. Full size fridge, dish washer, utensils, plates, pots, pans, and a bedroom you could cut off from the living room. Actual central air as well!! Only two gripes were you could smell cigarette smoke in the hall and there was silly string on the walls housekeeping missed.

Cleanliness was not good. Found a chicken bone under the couch and the toilet had pee on it.

The people are very friendly & helpful but the complex was very dirty. No vacuuming in the hallways or stairways. People set their trash out in the hallway & no one picked it up for days. The back entrance has trash & food debris on the ground. This is not what I expect from a Marriott! Very disappointing.

This particular location was not pleasing. It was not clean. The rooms were small and hair was everywhere. The hallways were dirty. The carpet throughout the property was filthy. I have enjoyed my stay with Residence Inn in the past but this was horrible.

Front desk was very friendly and quick check in. The beds were so comfortable. I felt like I was in a apartment. It was very clean and stocked with all kitchen essentials. The sofa bed was a great addition.

Liked the fire pit in the courtyard. Would have appreciated longer breakfast hours and better coffee.
