Standard clean residence inn. Biggest gripes were they didn't have any pillows for the pull out bed. Asked the front desk, and said they didn't have any. Also, the AC didn't have a good temperature control on it. When it was on it was good, but it stayed off too long and got hot.

The thing that was disappointing at first was the floors in the room wasn't swept or vacuumed and the ice maker in the freezer didn't work. The staff was very prompt in getting the room floors done and gave me a nice size bag of ice as I was only staying a couple days and opted to have the fridge replaced at that time. I was pleased with how fast and friendly they were in handling the issue.

The rooms are very roomy, clean and very comfortable. Excellent location to almost everything!! We will be visiting again and hoping to stay there.

I arrived to find out the pool wasn’t working, the fire pit was told mantience would be by the next day the desk lady wouldn’t even step outside to even try to light it I was only staying one night there was no available ungrade that I could pay for when I found out they didn’t have rollaways available for my kids I had to put my 46 inch high toddler in a pack in play was only given 1 sheet and one blanket for 3 kids to share and 5 pillows. It showed on the site family friendly hotel w extra rollaway beds . The pool was closed for remodeling had to go next no towels available. Ice maker was broken In freezer . I chose this hotel since it stated that it could accommodate my family of five . It did not room was clean , but I am disappointed about the untrue info on website

I got an email two days before checkin telling me the hotel was under construction and the pool was closed. When I called to ask why I hadn’t been told beforehand the receptionist just giggled. I told her that wasn’t funny. I asked to be switched to the Courtyard next door and was told I had to go back to hotels.com to do so. I spent an hour holding with hotels.com before the change was made. They should have offered to move me and made it easier. Not good customer service.

Property should be closed. Its under construction. Noisy

They are being renovated but in spite of that my room is clean, large, and very quiet.

Was under construction so the breakfast area / check in area were in rooms. But the overall hotel was great! Clean, spacious, good breakfast selection. 4/5 stars, 4 only being for the remodeling construction.

The room was lovely..smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time but it was clean

This hotel should not have the ratings it does. This hotel is run down and I'm upset I paid the amount I did. I stay at Marriott hotel regularly and have never stayed in a hotel this run down.
