Hotel B Unique

Great experience and beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff that provides great service. Beautiful waterside pools and great restaurants! Can’t wait to come back.

Hotel meraviglioso: noi avevamo una camera con affaccio diretto sul mare e il vero punto di forza era senza dubbio il balcone con una vista spettacolare. L’arredamento, la disposizione degli spazi e le dotazioni della camera erano eccellenti: bagno ampio, frigorifero, TV, macchina del caffè, ciabatte, tutto arredato con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Staff super gentile! Soprattutto Faustino è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e efficiente Il vero protagonista, però, è il mare: semplicemente stupendo. La struttura dispone di un porticciolo privato, due piscine e di bar e ristoranti affacciati direttamente sull’acqua, che rendono l’esperienza davvero unica. Un luogo che lascia letteralmente senza fiato.

Purtroppo mia moglie non è stata bene con lo stomaco e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere del semplice riso bollito o delle patate lesse. Ci è stato portato solo del pane tostato, spiegandoci che era l’unica cosa che potevano preparare. Per il resto, nulla da dire: la posizione è davvero meravigliosa

One night the bar/restaurant closed early - 10pm. A taxi ride to other restaurants/bars..

Its located on the reef and the nature is amazing (although its not a hotel achievement). Everything is clean and the pool is nice. There are a couple of good individuals working in the hotel as well who I was grateful for

The hotel is overpriced and definitely far from any of the 5star hotel experiences I had in my past. Just putting a high price on everything doesn’t make a hotel good. I think the most disappointing was the attitude of personnel - I was on my birthday there but it didn’t go well and I had an accident and couldn’t walk. I know the hotel doesn’t owe me anything, but it was very noticeable that not only no one said “happy birthday” or “here’s the cake/juice/anything to cheer you up when you’re crying by the pool”. No, the only thing I got was a cold reply on the reception “you should be delighted because you’re staying in our hotel”…yeah, sure. First time I see this cold attitude. But asking for tips for the included breakfast is ok, or charging random service fees that are not explained. This is a regular hotel, there is nothing distinctive except the nature there (which is not their accomplishment). Food is bad also. Not the hotel Id ever want to go back to

This is a really nice hotel and a great addition to the choices in the northern hotel zone. The restaurant is good and the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended. This was my first stay at Hotel B Unique but I'll definitely be back.
