Love staying here. Have stayed here numerous times. But this was our first time on 2nd floor — the view was an eyesore — roof of neighboring restaurant. It was very loud. Could not open sliding door because the rooftop equipment was so loud.

"Great location, terrible sleeping"

We had a 2 bedroom suite. They recently "upgraded" their bedrooms, and they made 2 critical mistakes. One, the pillows are all very overstuffed and hard. My husband and I both ditched them part way through the night because they were so uncomfortable. In the morning, I asked the front desk if they could send us some softer pillows, and they said they got rid of everything else. Second, they are using flat sheets on the bottom, and they are not big enough to tuck under tight. So, you sit on the bed or move a little, and the bottom sheet and mattress pad have moved all over. I woke up with my face on bare mattress; gross! Fitted sheets were invented for a reason! The location of the hotel is great, but who cares if you can't get any rest.

I wish it had a balcony! My fault for not checking on that. Nice if we could have a 11:00 am check out. They were kind enough to give us 10:30. House keeping would be nice too
