super clean rooms, owner and family are so so lovely, caring, friendly and supportive with any needs - so quiet too which is always a bonus for an excellent night sleep 😊✨ our room was the top - 402 and MASSIVE with an incredible balcony !!!! would 100% stay here again - highly recommend if you’re staying in Hoi An !! thank-you so so much again 🙌🏼🙏🏼

The location is really convenient. Lovely family owned hotel who were friendly and helpful. Very simple, clean with comfortable beds and great showers! Bahn Mei for breakfast very good - picked up fresh from the local market every morning . Highly recommend if you don’t want lots of frills and fancy!

Not a big deal but could have had a bedside table and light

Clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were good and happy to share their local knowledge. Good value.

The room was huge, with a nice bathroom and great balcony. The AC worked perfectly and the staff was excepcional.

There isn't enough space to sunbade outside next to the pool. The breakfast could have more options and for a bigger stay it is repetitive.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Basic but very clean and ammenties met all our needs. Service and friendliness was exceptional. Helped us in every way to make our stay, travel and activities happen seamlessly. Cannot say enough about the service standard here.

Service was excellent and very friendly by Mr Tan and family. Great location, walking distance to the Old Quarter and night market. Day tours can be booked through Mr Tan as well at reasonable rates, saves the hassle of having to figure things out yourselves.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure, which was a big plus. The location was convenient – not too far from the Old Town, so it was easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

The Babylon Central Villa is a small hotel owned by friendly Tan and his lovely wife Hoa. There were several choices on the breakfast menu and included fresh fruit, coffee or tea. We often ordered the night before so Hoa could plan ahead. My nephew and I stayed in 401and 402 the only rooms on the top floor. Both were spacious and clean and mine had a king size bed and huge patio overlooking the street. The hotel is located in a residential area surrounded by guest houses, small restaurants, convenience stores and beauty salons. Local families live in the area and it is an interesting short walk to Old Town and other places of interest. I will definitely stay at the Babylon Central Villa on my next visit to Hoi An. Good location, spacious room, helpful staff

Room wasn't cleaned everyday. Bath towels weren't changed everyday. We had to request everytime we wanted the room cleaned or bathroom towels replaced. Bin in the room was sometimes overflowing.
