We enjoyed a very clean and comfortable stay. Great customer service provided by the owners with Tran even taking us into the old town with his own vehicle.

We stayed at Babylon Villa for three nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The family who owns the hotel is very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Big rooms and good location close to restaurants and the old town.

"A good stay in Hoi An"

The room was spacious and clean.

It would be nice to have hand washing liquid next to the sink and more variety of items to choose from for breakfast rather than 1.

"It’s a bit pricey & the breakfast needs improving."

Lovely room we booked, good size & good location just a 10 minute walk from the centre. Helpful staff.

They did try to put us in a smaller room on arrival but did get the room we booked in the end. Breakfast was disappointing but went out for food to make up for it. It’s over priced in my opinion.
