El desayuno es increíble. Puedes pedir tus huevos como los prefieras y hay una gran variedad de fruta, quesos, jamones y panes.

Me quedé varios días y pedí con vista al ángel. Todo iba muy bien y el sábado no pude dormir por el ruido de la calle. El domingo coincidió con una protesta y había ruido gran parte del día.

Concierge- Oscar was very good advising us what to do and helped us purchase tickets online as the language was in Spanish. Efren on the 18th floor gave us great service in the concierge lounge.

"Sheraton Hotel"

I stayed at the Sheraton for a business trip and it has been nothing but perfect. The rooms are great, great staff and the 18th floor is a hidden gem. The servers to look for are Jose, Mariam, and Fidel! They are always in a good mood, willing to help and very attentive. Great staff and hospitality at this hotel.
