Natalia and Jacqueline made my first trip to Mexico such a wonderful experience. Their service was incredibly kind and professional. They made me feel welcomed the entire time. I’m leaving Mexico with such a positive impression and beautiful memories. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the piano at the bar at night. Recommend this place

Wonderful experience overall. Attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms, central location, and nice hotel lounge. Carlos in particular in the lounge was a great conversation and super friendly. He even helped me practice my Spanish. I will certainly be staying here again when I travel back to Mexico City!
