Great location, helpful and nice staffs, clean place and clean rooms facilities.

The water of shower is not hot enough in winter time. The bottle is water supplied by the hotel is not cleaned enough, a mosquito floating in one of the bottle of water😫. So, better buy bottles of water at 7-11.

Excellent location, spacious and clean room with good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were happy with everything in the room, there was a microwave, hairdryer, crockery and cutlery and a rack to dry clothes. Communal washing machine is available.

the beds were very hard so this was a bit difficult. Apart from that it was excellent. I would stay there again but I would request an extra quilt to put on top of the mattress.

We were there 4 nights and the bins weren't emptied once-very small toilet bin or no replacement of toilet roll-we had to go and ask, also no new towels Balcony very small, can't really sit out there

Perfect location in the old part of the city. You can get everywhere by foot and you have several coffee shops, restauranfs and 7-eleven’s around the hotel.

Room is pretty outdated (but clean), the beds have the hardest matrass I ever experienced in my life, and the room has 0 sound insulation. I could hear every person enter the hotel and even perfectly understand what they were saying (my room was on the ground floor). While the name suggests that it’s a hotel, but for me it’s a hostel (which explains the low price compared to other accommodations in the streets around the hotel).

Very clean receptionist extremely helpful would recommend anybody who goes to stay here

As a solo female traveller I felt really safe here, doors’ locks are good and staff is lovely!
