Great quiet location within walking distance to Tha Phae Gate to meet for tours

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, probably the most lovely staff in all my stays in Thailand. The breakfast was plain, the location was good.

The minus was when we checked in our rooms didn't look the cleanest. In the living room /kitchen they had white tiles and you could see dust and hair. Is a bit icky checking in a room and it doesn't look bright squeaky clean! Also was expecting beds from the photos I had seen and we had mattresses on a elevated floor

It was a very basic room for a 2 room suite, very uncomfortable bed, the sofa was so hard it was uncomfortable to sit on (it was actually a sofa bed - although not advertised as such - which also would have been horrible to sleep on), the suite was advertised as having a bath but it didn't have a bath. This was the reason we had our 7 day stay reduced to a 1 night stay. The hotel was polite accepting this. Very glad they didn't have the bath giving us a basis to cancel as the rest was v uncomfortable.

This is a family run property. They are all very friendly. Breakfast is provided in the mornings. They have a nice seating area outside. Laundry facilities for use on site. The location is very good and can walk to amenities. They sell bottles of water in the lobby for the same price as 7-11. The only thing that was an issue for us was the very small bathroom otherwise enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe there.
