Food was ok and tasty. Location is also fine

The presidential suite was very small and can be compared to a normal room size only .with the prize of 12k plus per night they should have provided a better and large room . I should have stayed in a normal room for 3k plus in this same hotel rather than a presidential suite

booking.com s'est trompé sur la localisation de l'hotel. spices lap est isolé au calme sur la route munnar-kumily et non dans kumily, proche de l'entree de la reserve de periyar

Tranquil resort. Staff were friendly. Food was nice- we had breakfast and dinner. New years eve entertainment of dancing and fireworks was good to see

The hotel was just lacking. This was the most expensive hotel we booked in India but offered the least. The accommodation was very basic, rooms smell musty, rooms and bathroom didn't feel as clean as other hotels. Morning yoga was cancelled but I wasnt told so I turned up at 7.30am to be told the instructor was ill. The pool is uninviting, dirty and only had 2 sunbeds, no pool towels. The sports activities are on the same court so we had to stop playing basketball when another family came along to play badminton. No furniture outside the cottage so couldn't sit anywhere. Had to ask for table and chairs. No communal areas to sit. Felt we had to stay in our rooms which weren't very pleasant.

Rooms not aired well, waiting times in the restaurant, spicy meals when clearly asked for non spicy meals

The Hospitality was what stood out the most. The staff were friendly , attentive and made us at home throughout the stay.

Overall we had a great time , Just a few improvements in maintenance and the food options would make the stay perfect.
