Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

The hotel is okay. The room is quiet, but it's a bit far from the city center. It’s a bit inconvenient that there’s no toothbrush or toothpaste. Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about. You have to pay for a shuttle

Extra care to be taken in rooms as shower area was not clean on walls etc.

The hotel is okay. The gym is good, The lounge and restaurant is also good. They obviously have done some renovations. The staff is doesn’t thank you for being an elite member at check in. I was given a room facing a brick wall. No so great. If any improvements are needed it’s definitely with custom service. Besides that a good hotel close to Heathrow.

Check-in by Jason on the front desk was swift and efficient. He was friendly and listened to my requirements, offering good advice. Room was spacious, clean and with (most importantly) a walk-in shower.

Get an airport shuttle

We booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and we’re flying out the next morning. Check-in was very quick and efficient and staff were very kind. The room was much larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very clean and had a bottle of water waiting for us upon our arrival. I had the best nights sleep at this hotel after travelling for two weeks to multiple countries. Would highly recommend this hotel for it’s amenities and close proximity to the airport. We also had a very lovely meal at the restaurant located within the hotel, Cast-Iron and Grill. The staff at the restaurant were very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. I had the corn fed chicken, which was absolutely delicious followed by Bailey’s Irish cream cheese cake which was scrumptious!

The staff were amazing from Ursula at the front desk, Uma a host & server in the restaurant and Chef Blaine. They all took great care of me during my stay with my dietary restrictions and Chef Blaine came out of the kitchen to talk to me both nights. Really appreciate the attention and extra effort all these individuals had in making my stay memorable.
