Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

We stayed here for one night and had parking for the rest of our holiday. Very convenient and comfortable hotel. It is about a £20 Uber/taxi fare to terminal 5. A few weeks before we arrived we were offered a cheap upgrade (via holiday extras) to club level. We would definitely do club level again, drinks (including alcohol) and snacks 5pm to 8pm approx. Then a buffet breakfast from 7:30am which again was very good. We would use again.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at the Sheraton. The breakfast was delicious. And I would particularly like to thank Jay, a trainee, whom I would love to nominate as Trainee of the Century! Thanks Jay!!!

an OK hotel, a bit creaky around the seams and maybe needs an overhaul but I guess that would reflect in increased prices. 90% of staff lovely apart from the one female waitress in the pub part who was one of the most miserable hotel hospitality staff I have encountered in the last 10 years. Did not spoil my experience but a smile costs nothing. Food in the pub was good and decent priced versus other LHR hotels I stay in. I spend around 55 nights per year in LHR hotels so know them well. Do I like this hotel, yes I guess, better than Raddison Red about same as Radidison Blue (more expensive food) I do like T4 Hilton though. Having said that though this is a good hotel and 90% of the team are lovely.

Lavish was wonderful very attentive and kind and friendly and we've never had great service like this. The food was delicious and you can order an omelette from a server. and the coffee is wonderful, there are two machines with many options.

I stay in this hotel frequently, in my view it represents the best of the many in the Heathrow area, in terms of both facilities offered and value for money. The staff have a strong focus on customer service, from the initial welcome on check in, to the restaurant and bar staff making every effort to accommodate dietary requirements of my family and friends. I usually stay in a standard or a club room. Both are of a good standard, clean and comfortable, the club rooms are a little larger and also have the club lounge access with food and drink available early evening. I have also on occasion been offered a junior suite, these are lovely with more space to relax and work or dine in room. On my most recent visit I was greeted by name on arrival by both Ravenna and Akhil, Raveena processed the check in and offered me an upgrade to the Presidential Suite. I had no idea what to expect, but, WOW! This suite is massive, with a huge bed, a generous size comfortable seating area, kitchenette, bathroom and toilet, and a board table for meetings/dining. In many years of travel I have never before encountered a suite of this size. It was more space than I needed for just one night but would make a longer stay very comfortable, with the facilities and space to work comfortably if necessary.

I am incredulous that a 400 room Sheraton Hotel has no mail slot, or offer to help with sending mail. I am an elderly man who walks with a cane, yet the hotel staff directed me to email box over a half mile walk away in the dark. This is not the experience I would ever expect from a large chain, or a large respectable hotel. We have traveled to Bonvoy hotels this year to Amsterdam, Rome ,Porto, and Paris, and all of those hotels had mail slots for their mail. This might sound petty, but for someone who loves to write letters when I travel , this is completely inexcusable . How hard would it be????? I had to take a scary half mile walk in the dark to mail my letters, this is not acceptable from a large Sheraton Hotel !!!

Luis was amazing with his service. Very proactive with everything. Made us feel very comfortable with delicious breakfast and nice conversations
