Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Great service staff, very friendly and helpful! Vilasha and Adil were extremely professional and a good representation of kindness.

This was a superb venue for our meetings today. Daljinder and Sleydon looked after us very well throughout the day - everything was ready when we needed it and the awrvice was excellent at all times.

Dalijinder was wonderful providing an excellent service during our event. She was a very kind person and very attentive to have the food ready at every break

Daljinder provided an amazing service. She quickly sorted out any difficulties we were having and was so flexible with any extra requests we made of her.

After a horrid evening journey around the M25 we arrived at The Sheraton only to be told we had been rebooked to a nearby hotel. We were helped to carry our luggage to a neighbouring hotel but then left. The other hotel eventually found us a room. There was no explanation from The Sheraton. When you book a hotel you expect to stay there. We complained but they only refunded us £30, which wasn’t enough for the stress they put us through the night before our flight.

We booked for a night prior to flying from heathrow, you ae greeted by a concierge and then lovely reception staff so pleasent. Has great feel about the hotel the rooms were lovey very comfy big rooms and very omfy beds would very much stay again only doenside we arrived from work using local bus service from heathrow terminl 2/3 the journey was not long but from bus stop ther is a very busy road and to cross it safely we had to walk back some way to cross at a pedestrian crossing then walk back the otherside to reah the hotel a crossing neare woul be apprpriate

The stay was amazing and the staff is very welcoming. The food, the restaurant, and cozy atmosphere, and employees are all there to make a stay a pleasant one. Front desk is very welcoming and helpful an would go the extra mile to make sure your stay is by itself an experience to remember. I have had the pleasure to deal with multiple people such as Sarah and Abi and they are always there to help and make sure there no issues with my stay whatsoever. Nat continued efforts will always be remembered as she also sets an example of client satisfaction with how she manages to make sure all guests are pleased with their stay by making sure all staff from the restaurant, food, front desk are there and helping. I honestly had one of the greatest stays I have experienced in the hotel industry in general and will always come back here with my family. I would highly recommend such hotel not only because the hotel is great, but what makes it great is the people I mentioned who themselves made sure the stay is pleasant. Sarah, Abi, Nat and the rest of the staff set a perfect example of hospitality. Thank you so much

Stayed at the Sheraton Hilton on the weekend of 25-27 October with a small group of friends. Great friendly service from Surpreet at Reception check in. We had a private Grand 70th Birthday School Reunion organised for 16 school friends on Sunday 26. This was organised by me with the help of Events Executive, Enosh Da’Silva who arranged for us to have a private meeting room set aside for our sole use for the day. We had unlimited Tea/Coffee, pastries elevenses and canapés, a lovely 3 course lunch at the in-house Cast Iron Bar & Grill catering for vegetarians, vegans and those of us without any food preferences. Our special thanks go to Slayden who was on hand to help out with tech issues enabling me to share photos from my phone to a large TV screen and ensuring all our needs were addressed. The Lunch staff were friendly and helpful and took great care of us. Thank you Enosh and Slayden and all the staff in the bar/restaurant/reception who made the Reunion a great success. Would have no hesitation in arranging another milestone event at the Sheraton Hilton Hotel. Rosa

We were warmly greeted by KEYLA upon arrival who was polite, professional & efficient. Everything was ready & the process of check was smooth. The room was excellent & we were fortunate to have been upgraded due to our MB status. A special thank you to AKHIL & ABINHAV both of whom took the trouble to introduce themselves & they ensured everything was to our satisfaction. Turning to the restaurant CAST IRON, where we enjoyed an excellent meal. The level of attention, care & professionalism was outstanding & in this respect a special mention must go to UMA (supervisor), VINCY & PAULA. Since our last visit, UMA has joined the team & she is a shining example of the highest level of quality service. The SHERATON is in my opinion a convenient, well maintained & very friendly hotel to stay for travellers wanting a stress free start to their journey. Finally, the private taxi service to the terminal is well worth the cost.

It’s a good standard hotel very close to Heathrow. Just wanted to mention Jay, who checked me in. What a nice lad - polite and knowledgeable, he made the check in seemless. Thank you
