El orden del personal y su atención. Limpieza de piscina y camarines, como el sauna están de primera.

En primer lugar la lampara de la habitación hizo corte, pero también he de aclarar que me solucionaron a la brevedad el problema. Por otra parte el desayuno me comentan que puedo realizarlo los dos restaurantes, pero al llegar a uno, me comentan que no es ahí. De igual forma me indicaron que me quedara y al rato ellos indican que se equivocaron y que si estaba bien que estuviéramos ahí. La verdad es que son momento un poco desgravables, mas cuando habíamos consultado con anterioridad.

La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba, trajeron caloventor y como luego nos quejamos nos cambiaron de habitación en otra parte del hotel más antigua, donde la recepción había olor a humedad y las habitaciones muy antiguas. Cada destacar que el personal, sobre todo de conserjería Gabriel sumamente amable.
