"If you’re not from there don’t waste your money."

The pool that’s it

They fact that they up priced me when one I got a nonrefundable room on booking and when I got to the property, they charged me an extra hundred dollars and then I was on the seventh floor and my water would not get hot not only that my room would not get warm so I had to take a cold shower and come out to a cold room. Staff seemed racist and impatient and not understanding at all.
