"Affordable, well secured, no frills place to stay in the hub of Liverpool"

Great location - central, with lots of nearby eateries and shops and things to do (plus, near Liverpool Lime St and Liverpool Central stations). The property felt secure. It was nice to have access to a kitchen. Clean.

The property was quite noisy. Other guests were (thankfully) considerate - but you could hear everything through the walls (so, if they had not been, it would have been awful). Slightly odd, stale/damp smell. My room was quite cold and there were no extras - e.g. an extra blanket, access to a hairdryer. It was fine - basic, but fine.

"“Our stay was very disappointing. The place was run down and Just awful"

The Location but premises was awful

“The Guest house was in poor condition and not clean. There was no proper heating, only a blow heater that seemed like a fire hazard. The noise levels were constant, and the overall environment was uncomfortable and unpleasant.”
