The Alberta Petite Hotel

It was obvious how much care and attention Robin has poured into creating a great experience for her guests. We loved everything and met some new friends. The Alberta Arts District is a fun area to stay in. Be sure to read about the history of the neighborhood in the welcome book.

This place was absolutely amazing. Very nice interior and exterior , tidy, neat, and loved the decor. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc. Really loved this place and plan to come back when the time comes. Felt like I was in a high end hotel for an amazing price. Thanks again for the amazing stay. Highly recommend this place.

A lovely and welcoming place. Room was spacious, light, cheery. Checkin instructions were clear and friendly. Breakfast provisions very well labeled. Too many small touches to mention: the proprietors pay attention to detail, and make a great effort to give their guests a delightful experience.

Hands down - the best place to stay in Portland! Right in the heart of the Alberta Arts District. My stay was 5+ stars from start to finish. The details at the APH are thoughtful and inspired, with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. The toffee treat and bfast choices are local and delicious! Felt like home.

This is a gem of a place in Portland! We got in late from a long day of travel cross country. Robin left a portable crib in the room for our baby. Everything was clean and welcoming- comfortable bed! They have thought of all the details with water in the room, a noise machine, and lots of towels in the shared bathroom. Excellent breakfast options for the morning and delicious coffee. The hotel is in a great neighborhood for walking or running. And walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. I can’t recommend it enough!

It was like staying in a bed and breakfast that could have been your own home. Very nice indeed!!

This place is adorable and the cleanest I’ve ever encountered. Continental breakfast is abundant and there are choices from waffles, fruit, yogurt, eggs, bagels, granola, drip or pour over coffee, etc. Lots of great touches in an eco friendly environment (organic soaps, shampoo, organic towels, bamboo hand towels). Shared bathroom, which we didn’t find to be an issue at all. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and a great ice cream store. Can’t recommend Petite Hotel highly enough!

The property was exceptionally comfortable and the service was so superior that the other two guest and I agreed that we didn't want to have to leave!!!
