The Alberta Petite Hotel

The Alberta Petite Hotel is fantastic! I couldn't believe how wonderful it was. Robin is just terrific! The property is a total jewel. I was a little concerned when I realized I would be sharing the bath, but didn't realize it was only with one other person. Of the three rooms, one has an ensuite bath so only Doug Fir and Bamboo share, but I never saw anyone. So it was like having the whole huge bathroom to myself :). Also, I love the keyless entry and check in. So convenient and easy so I didn't have to worry about forgetting my key. Alberta is a charming neighborhood in Portland and I will definitely come back and stay at The Alberta Petite Hotel again.

One of the friendliest, cleanest, most stylish, and conscientious hotel experiences I've ever had. Robin is an excellent and attentive host, and the location just can't be beat. Will stay here again anytime I'm in Portland.

Very easy process to check in and access your room. The common area are very houselike and comfortable. The cleanliness and decor were on point. If i had a con in my experience, it was the shared bathroom. Only one to share on my level so if you have to be somewhere by a certain time make allowances for waiting on others. I enjoyed the location as well.

The entire house was very attractively decorated and spotlessly clean. It is a self-check-in, and once inside the hosts have spared no cost in providing upscale, furnishings, bedding, towels and even lovely organic food items in the well-stocked fridge. Very, very nice place.

We made a reservation due to the great location in the neighborhood and within walking distance for attending a concert at the Alberta Rose Theater. We received details on how to check in a few days prior to our stay as well as a day of check in to make sure we did not have any food allergies and received instructions. Later in the morning on our check in date, there was a major water main break in the area. The owner, Robin, notified us immediately and shared updates as the situation progressed. In the early afternoon she let us know that we should probably find alternative accommodations. She was very apologetic, but we understood. She provided a prompt refund for a cancellation that was out of her control, provided recommendations for other places in the area, and checked in with us later to make sure we were able to make arrangements. Unfortunately we were unable to stay since there was no electricity and water contamination. Although I am unable to provide a review based on the location itself, I will make an effort to come back on another occasion based on the integrity of the business owner. I'm sure she puts as much thought and love into this place as she does her interaction with clients. Thank you, Robin!

The house Is very quiet and comfortable. Robin provides a nice array of breakfast options as well. The neighborhood is great with some good restaurant choices.
