דירה מקסימה ומרווחת במיקום מרכזי, המתקנים היו מעולים, מטבח מאובזר מאוד, והשרות מקסים וטוב, קל ובטוח להיכנס למבנה - יש תחושת ביטחון, הכריות נעימות ויש מגבות והכל מוחלף אחת ליומיים, שרות מעולה וברמה גבוהה.

ממוקם בקומה 1, את התריס של החלון היחיד בדירה לא יכלנו לנעול ולכן רק כשהיינו בדירה יכלנו לאוורר אותה, כמו כן נכנס הרבה רעש מבחוץ . המיטה הנפתחת בסלון לא ממש נוחה.
