This is an excellent apartment. Clean, light and airy and close to everything you need like cafes, restaurants, a big supermarket just around the corner and 1min walk from Gran Via. It is also within walking distance of Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace and Prado, although you can catch a 001 free bus from Gran Via, which has a stop just near the Prado. It is also walking distance to Puerta del Sol. The apartment has tea and coffee provided, a working washing machine. Getting into the apartment was super easy. We were met by the lovely Maria who spoke perfect English and provided us with information on the workings of the apartment and the 001 bus tip. Communication before arriving and while we were there was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue, beyond the control of the owner, was that on the Friday and Saturday night the noise, in the form of loud music from a neighbouring apartment went on until 2am on Friday night and 4.30am on Saturday night. It was so loud that it could be heard even with the windows firmly closed. The week nights were no problem at all.

Everything about this place was excellent. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean, and everything looked good as new. The location was perfect too
