Nice shower and bed.

I felt like I was judged immediately for not being dressed up. I was talked to like I didn't have money and I didn't belong there. Terrible customer service. Made me feel less than honestly.

After all the visits to the Anchorage Sheraton, it remains the same. Awesome place, awesome people , The staff is so wonderful... Yong, Herbert, Lyn, Sarah, Lucy, Jennifer, Queen, and not least Shawayne All of them and the breakfast staff... Represent the organization so well. Professional first and enjoyable. Great drinks and ambience ! But the best part was Shawayne! She recommended the best rosé and the best place to see the Northern lights, she made my evening !
