Value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean.

A lovely property with a nice spacious room and friendly staff. My daughter has additional needs and she warmed to the room straight away which was a relief. We have already booked to stay again in Nov ready to visit crealy again:)

This is my second visit and much like the first was pretty good. Good size rooms and reasonable amenities (no shampoo or shower gel provided). Ideal location for my particular plans and dinner was decent enough for the price. A good all round place to stay.

Friendly staff

Very friendly welcoming staff, good food, very comfortable bed. Close to a number of interesting attractions.

Was lovely room but dusty in places lovely big bed but only 2 teabags would have liked more in room at time of arrival

First impression was good as the guy on reception was friendly and welcoming. The room however was tatty and tied and the shower looked like it leaked and very uninviting. We had a meal in the pub and the food was poor and the ambiance was spoiled by a customer's dog that yapped all through our meal. The pub staff were inviting and engaged but the service was a bit hit and miss and we ended up giving up on a desert, partly because the main was so poor and partly because of the delay in the staff returning to take a desert order.

it was friendly ,very comfortable room menu/food good ,plenty of parking. WI fi , would definitely recommend and we are coming back

The staff were great and really helpful. As it was so hot having a shady cooler room was a welcome break

I chose this hotel for its location to the motorway plus the good reviews it had received hence why I am writing this. Firstly checking in was easy I was greeted with a pleasant welcome and shown to my room. Returned to the bar to order dinner. I asked for recommendation and was told the steak was good. It did not disappoint. Excellently cooked I even gave my compliments personally to the chef. Desert well I went for the apple crumble and it was amazing. So an excellent meal, great staff and a good nights sleep what more could you want.
