"Convenient for M5"

Convenient stay just off the M5 for our visit to Devon Country Show the next day. Didn't get there in time for an evening meal, breakfast was good. Our room was dated and needs a refurb however the bed was very comfortable.

Clean great staff. On my stay there was a fair bit of noise from creaky floor eithe above or next door until 4 am must be people moving about. Evening meal great. Unfortunately had some sort of break down in the kitchen so no breakfast. I am certain this was a one off. But staff very apologetic and made me a coffee on the house.

Fantastic stay, really really comfy clean room with an amazing bed. Lovely staff who made us feel very welcome and a great cooked breakfast in the morning - really happy and would stay again

"Very compact, disappointing"

Room 01 door next to main entrance. Very small, walked straight into bed just 0.5 metre from front door. Bathroom wash-bag had to be put on floor. Shower cubicle square and very small. People sat outside room on table and chairs until quite late, did not feel private at all. Only plus side was that the Bed very comfortable. Linen clean and fresh.
